The church faces on to the Otley Road (A660) opposite the Arndale shopping centre in the heart of Headingley. It lies within easy reach of Leeds University, Leeds Beckett University, and Headingley Cricket and Rugby grounds. The front door of the church is usually only open for the service on Sunday morning – at other times access to the Church buildings is via the side door on Chapel Street.

Buses number 1, 6, 8, 27, 28, X84 and X85 from Leeds city centre pass in front of the church, as does the cross-city service 91 running between Pudsey and Halton. The nearest railway stations are Headingley along Kirkstall Lane and Burley Park near Cardigan Road.

There is on-street parking available on Chapel Street, Chapel Place and Cross Chapel Street. There is also a large car park at the Headingley Taps pub on North Lane (first hour free, then 50p per hour) and above the Arndale Centre (accessible from Alma Road).
